	Design for Manufacturing is a critical skill set that enables our customers to dramatically simplify design and manufacturing of their systems.  All of our Clear Align development engineers have hands on experience working on or supporting manufacturing lines.  This enables them to provide state-of-the-art designs that can be manufactured cost effectively, reliably and with the shortest time to market.
	Environmental Controls
	At Clear Align we deliver quality precision optical assemblies by combining key factors; one of the most vital factors is cleanliness.  We provide clean manufacturing operations ranging from Class 10,000 to Class 100.  Our facility is equipped with ESD safe assembly and testing stations to ensure safe delivery of your ESD sensitive systems.

	ITAR Compliance
	Clear Align is compliant with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and has implemented measures to insure secure program implementation for defense-related programs.  All Clear Align staff members are US Citizens.  All technical data is controlled including information required for the design, development, production, integration, testing, maintenance or modification of products or services originally created for the military.
	DCAA Compliance
	All project costs are monitored per Defense Cost Accounting Agency (DCAA) requirements as defined by Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).  Examples of controls include detailed timecards for each project and tracking of of all allowable direct expenses on government programs.
