Clear Align offers a highly-qualified optical design team that creates innovative and workable solutions quickly. Every lead designer at Clear Align has 15-30 years experience serving tier-one companies including Bell Laboratories, Lucent Technologies, General Electric, General Motors, SAIC, Goodrich and the U. S. Army Night Vision Laboratory. Our design and development expertise allows us to balance the optical, mechanical, thermal, electrical and software aspects of your product to ensure manufacturability, reliability and cost control.

 Imaging
Clear Align’s imaging expertise spans the visible to long-wave infrared (LWIR) wavebands and includes narrow- and wide-field-of-view systems for both static and zoom lens systems. We are currently developing a unique suite of dual-band solutions for our customers.
Our capability allows us to balance the optical, mechanical, thermal and electrical aspects of your electro-optic challenge to ensure manufacturability, reliability in harsh environments, and cost control. Systems we have engineered include:

 Fiber Optics
When building a fiber-optic system, in-depth knowledge of component level technology is the key to our success. We have invented, developed and integrated active devices including lasers, detectors, amplifiers, and switches. Our experience passive components covers WDMs, splitters, switches, multiplexers and demultiplexers. Expertise at Clear Align includes hermetic optoelectronic packaging for space and high-reliability applications, including custom-designed Kovar™, glass-to-metal seals and ceramic optoelectronic packages.
 We do more than build you a new system. We develop fundamental innovations that extend the performance limits of your systems. Products we have developed and manufactured include:

Integration
In addition to performing optical designs, our team also provides integration expertise for a complete optical solution. We tolerance delivered designs taking into account both component fabrication and assembly, and we athermalized the systems as required.
