Clear Align has brought about many improvements toward a sustainable workplace:

• Aggressive recycling program of all essential production materials, from minerals to paper and plastics.
• Reduction of paper in manufacturing and in the office by 50%, with focus on electronic transmission and secure storage.
• The changeover of company vehicles to hybrid gasoline/electric technology.
• Reimbursement of transportation costs for employees who use mass transit. All members of the Clear Align team, from the CEO forward, uses public transportation whenever possible.
• Our facility was recently refitted with high efficiency light and HVAC systems, cutting energy use by 52%
• Elimination of unnecessary disposables. We use cloth bags, rather than plastic or paper. More than half a trillion plastic bags are produced and disposed of annually.
